My successful career in the real estate industry began in 1990, on Sanibel Island, Florida. In 2001 I joined Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties and then in 2007 made the move to REMAX 808.  

During these years I have learned a great deal about helping folks buy and sell homes. I had one of the nations top Real Estate Trainers as a business coach for several years and through that I have maintained a network of the top real estate agents in the country.

In 2008 I realized that the reason my clients were so loyal and kept referring their friends to me had nothing to do with the company I was affiliated with. It was because they trusted me and knew they could depend on me to do the best job for them. That meant it was time to start my own company and thus began Hawaii Paradise Properties.

Along the way, I have gotten several certifications. I will list them with a description:

CHMS - Certified Home Marketing Specialist - aids in staging and marketing of your home.
ABR - Accredited Buyer's Representative - How to think outside the box to help your buyer get the right property for the right price.
CRS - Certified Residential Specialist - Probably the most difficult designation to earn.
ePRO - It is all about the internet and how most home buyers begin their search on the web.

 When I am not helping my clients buy or sell real estate, I enjoy spending time outdoors, taking advantage of our glorious climate, whether it is gardening, golf, tennis, sailing, snorkeling  or just relaxing at the beach with a good book.

 I  feel so fortunate that I have been able to make Hawaii my home, and I am eager to pass the spirit of Aloha on to my clients. I continue to maintain my commitment of service and enthusiasm and I strive to give my clients the absolute best real estate experience possible.
